The prices listed here are based on groups of 20 or more.
If your group has less than 20, please add $2.00 to these prices.
Groups of 40 or less people are also welcome to order from our regular menu,
instead of selecting from the banquet menu. This is called a CUSTOM MENU.
We require that your selections are limited (please consult one of our banquet coordinators for assistance in planning your menu) When you arrange for a
Custom Menu, your guests may select from your customized menu at the table, on the day of the
affair; however, advance dinner selections are encouraged..

Entree Selections counts are required for parties with 40 or more guest.
To determine a fixed price and also offer your guests a selection of
entrees, we suggest the following items. For groups of 20 to 40.
Please note that we do not schedule parties for luncheons after a 1:30 PM arrival.
UPON BOOKING
We need to know what type of event you are planning. You will also need to give us an approximate number of guests, time of arrival and time to serve dinner. Bar/ beverage arrangements should also be discussed at this time. Please inform us if the event is a surprise, and provide us with your contact info (home, work, cell, beeper number, e-mail, etc.) in case we need to reach you. A deposit is required upon booking.
14 DAYS IN ADVANCE
Your menu selections must be received.
If you have not contacted our banquet manager and we are unable to obtain your
menu selections at least 14 days prior to your event, it will be necessary for
us to select a three item lunch or a three item dinner for your event in order
to provide sufficient time to order the necessary foods.
One Week PRIOR TO THE EVENT
The final guest count must be received. This count
must be sent to us in writing (by way of fax or e-mail) After this time, your count will be
considered a guarantee and cannot be reduced. The King George II Inn cannot be held liable for counts that are phoned in.
